Bookings are managed by Coast Properties. These are their Terms & Conditions.
A £150 damage deposit is requested, refundable upon departure.

Please read carefully

Your booking is confirmed when you have made your first payment. You are entering into a contract between yourselves and the owner of the property, with Coast Properties acting on the owner's behalf as their agent. In order to book a property with Coast Properties, you are agreeing to the following:

You are required to pay a minimum part payment of £150.00 which secures the property. In the event of a cancellation this payment is non-refundable (see below for terms of cancellation). The final balance payment together with the damage deposit are payable no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. To make payments, simply log in to your booking through through the Coast Properties website on the home page section - "Manage My Booking" or you can call the office on 01620 671966 to pay by card.

Arrivals are from 4pm and departures by 10am. Coast Properties reserves the right to charge a late departure fee of £25.00 per hour.

Please ensure the property is left clean and dispose of all perishables. Household refuse/recycling must be taken to either the council waste bins or to the nearest council recycling depot. Coast Properties will charge for any additional cleaning should this be deemed necessary. Please strip the beds and leave used linen/towels on the bedroom floor. All linen/towels are professionally laundered.

Terms of cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, the hirer must immediately advise Coast Properties with written notice of cancellation. If the cancellation is 30 days or more prior to the date of arrival, the hirer will not be liable to pay any outstanding rental balance. If the cancellation is less than 30 days to arrival, the hirer will be liable for the full rental. Your part payment of £150.00, which secures the property, is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Damage or loss

Neither Coast Properties nor any persons in their employment will be liable for any loss, damage, sickness or injury caused, which may be sustained by the hirer, any member of the party or any person invited into the rented accommodation or the grounds of the property during the duration of their stay.


The hirer must lock up the property and close all windows on departure. The furniture/ equipment must be left in the same condition as on the day of arrival. The hirer must notify Coast Properties of any damages or breakages and these costs will be deducted from the deposit.


Damage Deposit and final payments

You will be required to pay a Damage Deposit of £150.00. Thirty days prior to your arrival date, the balance of your rental will be payable plus a refundable damage deposit . Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart.

Conditions of Booking

Bonshaw by the Beach is strictly non-smoking & a minimum charge of £200.00 will be imposed if this policy is breached.


The hirer will not exceed the number of guests in the property as agreed and accepted by Coast Properties at the time of booking. If this condition is breached, Coast Properties will be fully entitled to terminate the holiday immediately or request additional payment.

Dogs MUST NOT be left unaccompanied in this property and are not permitted on any furniture or in the bedrooms. If a dog or any other animal is brought to a property without prior permission, this will constitute grounds for instant termination of the holiday by Coast Properties.

Complaints

In the event of any complaint, please contact Coast Properties immediately so that the issues raised can be dealt with promptly. Un-inspected complaints or complaints notified at the time of departure or after the property has been vacated, cannot be upheld.


DISCLAIMER

Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure that the particulars on our website and other literature are correct, Coast Properties cannot be held liable in respect of changes or alterations made by the owner. Coast Properties cannot be held liable in the event that a property is sold or removed from let due to the owner failing to honour the let agreement, or property emergency refurbishment. Every effort will be made to relocate to an alternative property of the same value. Coast Properties and the property owner do not accept liability for accidents to visitors or any loss or damage to their property or vehicle. Coast Properties reserves the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the terms and conditions, or for any conduct detrimental to the property or the comfort of the other visitors or neighbours.
